How to install 3D Videos:
1. Download the video.
2. Put the video in one of the folders found in DCIM of your SD card. (Example: SD Card:/DCIM/100NIN03/).
4. Put the SD card back in your 3DS.
5. Open Nintendo 3DS Camera and press View Photos/Videos.
6. Tap A to choose the video.
7. Tap A again to get rid of the annoying HUD.
8. Enjoy
